Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This policy describes what data LLC-FZ NEED ("Wizard", "we") collects when you use Telegram bots on the Wizard platform, including partner bots, mini apps, the website and the API (together, the "Service"), why it is needed and how it is stored.

By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

2. Data we collect

• Telegram data: ID, name, @username, interface language and other public profile data.
• Order data: item, amount, payment method, time, recipient data (@username, player ID, Steam login, region), balance history.
• Data for selling Stars and payouts: TON wallet address and MEMO, the phone number you share with a button in Telegram.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, a device fingerprint created during the check in the mini app.
• VPN and eSIM data: devices connected to the VPN subscription (model, app, IP address, connection time), remaining eSIM data.
• Messages with support.
• Partner data: payout wallet address, bot settings and statistics.

We do not receive or store bank card data: it is processed by payment providers.

3. How we use data

• to complete orders, payouts and refunds;
• to check recipients before payment;
• to protect against fraud, abuse and multiple accounts;
• to support users;
• to send order notifications, service messages, news and offers in the bot;
• to provide statistics to partners and improve the Service;
• to comply with the law.

4. Website and on-device storage

The website does not use cookies or third-party analytics. Mini apps store settings, such as the language, in the browser storage on your device.

5. Blockchain data

Payments and payouts in TON, GRAM and USDT are recorded on a public blockchain. Such records are public and cannot be changed or deleted by us.

6. Who we share data with

• payment providers, to accept payments and make refunds;
• Telegram and its official marketplace, as well as companies that deliver goods (in-game currency, codes, eSIM, VPN, rentals), to the extent needed to complete an order;
• the owner of a partner bot: they see orders in their bot (item, amount, status and the buyer's Telegram ID) and overall statistics;
• public authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

7. Data retention

We keep data for as long as it is needed to run the Service, account for orders and payouts, protect against fraud and comply with the law. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

Data is stored on protected servers, and only staff who need it for their work have access. No system offers absolute protection, so keep your Telegram account secure. We never ask for your password or login code.

9. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion by contacting support. We cannot delete data we must keep by law or to prevent fraud, or records on the blockchain.

10. International transfers

The Service operates in different countries, so data may be processed outside your country, including in the UAE and in countries where our partners operate.

11. Changes to this policy

A new version is published on this page and takes effect when published.
