How do I buy an eSIM for a trip?

Open the eSIM section in the bot, pick your destination and a plan. After payment a QR code for installation arrives in the chat.

How do I install the eSIM?

On your phone tap "Install eSIM" or scan the QR code in the cellular settings. For manual setup there is an SM-DP+ address and an activation code.

Which plans are there?

Data packs for a set number of days and unlimited plans that slow down after a cap. There are data-only plans and plans with data and calls.

Can I top up my eSIM?

Yes, if the plan allows it: a new pack for the same country is added to the same eSIM and starts after the current one. Nothing to reinstall.

Where can I see the remaining data?

In "My eSIMs" in the bot mini app: remaining data, validity and all packs.

Does my phone support eSIM?

It depends on the model. Check whether your cellular settings have an option to add an eSIM.
